Important Information about on-line services

Brownlow Medical is not responsible for the design, layout or administration of the on-line services website. At the moment you may notice that your appointment confirmation does not specify which Surgery site your appointment is at. However the Surgery site is stated on the page where you choose your appointment. Please make a note of the site as you book your appointment.

The following on-line services are available to registered patients.

Book your appointment on-line

Registered Patients can book routine appointments with a GP or a Nurse at either Student Health, Brownlow or Rope Walks through our website. This service also allows you to review and cancel any appointments that you have booked at the practice.
If you have not already signed up to use this service, ask a receptionist for a PIN and they will provide you with the information you will need to register for this service on the website.

Update your contact details

It is important for us to have your up-to-date contact details. You can now use our website to update your address, phone number, mobile phone number and add an e-mail address to your personal details. Just log in and click on the link for 'view/update your contact info'.

Order your repeat prescription

If you receive regular (repeat) prescriptions from the Practice (except contraception) you can now order your next prescription on-line. Please leave one working day before collecting your prescription from Brownlow Medical.
