All
visitors from countries outside the United Kingdom do
have to pay for health services at the Doctors Surgery unless a
reciprocal arrangement is in place.
A
visitor is defined as a person who is not normally resident in the
UK
i.e.
is in the UK for less than 6 months
For
visitors from the European Community or countries with reciprocal
arrangements you must produce a completed form E128 or
E112 to reception to qualify for non-payment of these services.
If
you do not have one of these forms you will have to
pay for our services
Overseas Students at the University of
Liverpool who are not entitled to NHS treatment under the rules
below, will be seen for acute problems. However, if they require
other NHS treatment, charges will apply.
Payment in full
is required before any consultations and/or treatment is received
