Telephone Consultations

For patients who cannot find a suitable appointment or would prefer to talk over the phone, we offer a telephone consultation service, where a Nurse or Doctor will phone you back to discuss your problem and agree the best way we can help.  We run this service between 8.00 am and 12 noon every weekday.  It is more helpful to us if you contact us in the morning as there are more options available if the Doctor or Nurse would like you to come into the Surgery on the same day.  You can call any of our 3 main sites to access this service. The Practice runs an appointment based service.  You can arrange an appointment with a Doctor or a Nurse by phoning the Practice, using our on-line appointment service or by calling in to any of our 3 main sites.
